SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Tropic Labs! We understand you are looking to get your products as soon as possible - and we're doing our best to get your orders out quickly and safely.

PROCESSING TIME

For orders placed with Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for processing time. All orders with Expedited or Priority Shipping will be shipped next business day.In order to serve you better, minimize shipping costs and accelerate delivery times, all orders are dispatched according to proximity to the end destination. Your estimated shipping timeframe begins after the date of dispatch from our fulfillment center.

• Tropic Labs currently only ships orders in the continental USA.
• For all other shipping locations including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please place your order via our Amazon.com store.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship orders within the United States. To place an international purchase, please place your order from our Amazon Storefront, search Tropic Labs on Amazon.com

RETURNS POLICY

If your order contained the wrong product, damaged products, or was missing any items please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can make it right.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we're happy to process a return within 30 days of your package being marked Delivered. Just send an email to aloha@tropic-labs.com and one of our team members will assist you with the process.

Please note the product must still be at least 50% full and Tropic Labs is not responsible for the return shipping cost. Bundles must be returned as complete sets, individual items from bundles cannot be refunded or exchanged with the exception of damages.

Typical processing time for returns is 10-15 business days once the package is received by the carrier. This includes transit time to our returns center, QC by our team, and refund processing time by financial institutions.

Please note that we monitor return activity for misuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. If you are requesting a return after the 30-day policy window, refunds will be approved at the sole discretion of Tropic Labs.
